OSU offers a Junior Coach Mentorship Program designed to give club players (U13 and older) the opportunity to become volunteer assistant coaches by working alongside our coaching staff. This program allows players to give back to the OSU community while earning their school-required volunteer hours. It’s a great way to develop leadership skills, gain valuable coaching experience, and stay involved in the sport from a new perspective.
