What is the OSU Force Academy?

OSU Force Academy is our premier competitive pathway for players aged U9 to U18, designed for those committed to developing at the highest levels. Divided into Pre-Academy (U6–U8), Junior Academy (U9–U12), and Force Academy (U13–U18), the program includes teams across multiple tiers—such as OPDL, PLSQ, and regional leagues—with team names like Black, White, Blue, Silver, Iron, Steel, and more. Players train year-round following a detailed curriculum emphasizing technical, tactical, physical, and mental development. They receive 2–3 training sessions weekly, participate in performance training, and attend games throughout Eastern Ontario and select showcase events. Alumni have advanced to university scholarships, professional play domestically and internationally, and national team programs.
