Each recreational team has been provided with a basic first aid kit, and all competitive teams are expected to carry a first aid kit during games and training sessions. Additional kits are available at our Clubhouse, Champions Café, and OPDL Shed. In case of an emergency, please call 911 immediately. The address for first responders is George Nelms Sports Park, 5650 Mitch Owens Road, Manotick (nearest intersection: Limebank Road).
