What is JumpStart?

Modified on Sat, 27 Sep, 2025 at 8:53 AM

Jumpstart is a national charity that helps children aged 4–18 from families in financial need participate in sports and physical activity by covering costs like registration, equipment, and transportation. Families can apply for support through the Jumpstart Individual Child Grant, an online application parents or guardians complete on behalf of their child. To apply, visit the Jumpstart Individual Child Grants page at https://jumpstart.canadiantire.ca/pages/individual-child-grants, register, and submit a funding request.
